Spent a week here and had a great time, the staff were friendly and welcoming, the place was clean, quiet, and the beds were super comfy.

There were good sized, nicely decorated rooms with very comfy beds, a large King bed, for instance. Its location next to Puccini's Birth Home Museum was wonderful.

The location of this place is perfect, just a short walk from a medieval tower, the staff here are incredibly friendly and helpful, and the atmosphere is peaceful.

The room was spotless and new-fashioned, with a private safe, central heating, and a work desk; we really enjoyed the location, it was absolutely perfect and close to the old town and the center of Firenze.

The room was very clean and the bathroom was of high quality. the location was superb, just a minute or two away from the central squares. the staff was extremely friendly and could speak English well.

There were no easy chairs in the room and the safe was too small for a laptop or a full-sized camera. the breakfast was a bit formulaic, although the coffee made up for it.

We had a fantastic stay at Maison Gentile. the location was brilliant, right in the centre of town. the rooms were modern and extremely clean, with very comfortable beds. We were impressed by the family-run B&B and the attentive staff. the owner's mother even served us coffee at breakfast, such a lovely touch. the continental breakfast provided a great selection. We would definitely recommend Maison Gentile for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in the heart of the old city. Cons: Nothing, all good! 👍.

The hotel is conveniently located in the center of town, making it easy to explore everything Lucca has to offer. It is near all the shops, restaurants, and even a cute square with market stalls. The rooms are spacious and the beds are incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's rest. Plus, the breakfast included is a great bonus, providing a variety of choices and excellent cappuccinos.

The hallway lighting could be improved for better visibility after dark.
